in 3 months, I helped to find a treatment for a new gen product from egon zehnder - I built a scalable design system, refined brand expression, unified interactions, improved consistency, and streamlined developer hand-off for a premium AI-driven recruitment platform.

CHALLENGE
Design a data-driven platform for Egon Zehnder that turns complex executive recruitment analytics into clear, actionable intelligence. The existing UI suffered from fragmentation, inefficiency, and poor data visualisation — making it difficult for recruiters and candidates to trust and interpret AI-generated insights.
STRATEGY
Define a new interaction paradigm that simplifies high-entropy data without compromising its depth. Focus on building interactive data visualisation, real-time insights, and customisable dashboards. Establish design patterns and a motion system that tightly integrate with AI workflows, fostering trust, speed, and clarity.
SOLUTION
Delivered a comprehensive product redesign and design system, including: - New dashboards that translate AI-powered candidate analytics into intuitive visual narratives. - Customisable filters and rapid-response interfaces to enable recruiters to explore and act on insights without complexity. - A unified UI and motion language to make AI-driven decisions feel responsive, authoritative, and human. - Automated design tooling to streamline iterations and scale the system across future AI products.

the brand process, personas & prototyping
Interviews with target users revealed a need for easy data customization and faster access to critical metrics. Competitor analysis showed that most platforms had slow response times and poor data visualizations. From this, I identified three core focus areas for innovation: speed, personalization, and interactive data visualization.



I learned that users needed instant access to candidate insights & customizable filters for data exploration, without overwhelming them with complex AI data.

Built a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all products - Reduce design and development time by creating reusable components and standardized guidelines - Establish a framework that can scale with new features and products. Using a deep understanding of anatomy of design systems, zendai interface and motion systems were build to define the new digital platform. I took part in shaping the brand and the system from the very beginning, focusing on the moving expression. I set the rules for how ui system interacts, including the data visualization style & matching the animation to the TOV.
